All transactions occur directly between users.

  1. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for:

maintaining the confidentiality of your account

all activity under your account

notifying us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

misrepresent items or provide false information

engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive behavior

interfere with the operation of the Platform

Sellers are responsible for:

the accuracy of item descriptions

setting prices

shipping items promptly (if applicable)

complying with all applicable laws

ensuring items are safe and legitimate

Freeland may moderate, remove, or restrict listings at its discretion.

  1. Buying

Buyers are responsible for:

reviewing item details before purchasing

communicating clearly with sellers

completing payment in accordance with platform rules

Buyers acknowledge that Freeland is not responsible for item quality, accuracy, authenticity, or condition.

  1. Fees

Freeland currently charges no transaction fees for standard buying and selling.

Freeland may offer optional premium features or subscriptions. If pricing changes, users will be notified before new fees apply.

  1. Payments

Payments between buyers and sellers may be handled by third-party payment processors.

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with the processor’s separate terms and policies.

Freeland is not responsible for:

payment failures

chargebacks

refunds or cancellations

financial disputes between users

  1. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping arrangements are the sole responsibility of buyers and sellers.

Freeland is not responsible for:

lost, damaged, or delayed shipments

shipping costs

delivery confirmation or tracking

disputes regarding item condition on arrival

  1. Disputes Between Users

Freeland is not required to mediate disputes between buyers and sellers. Users should attempt to resolve issues respectfully and directly.

In cases of fraud or illegal activity, Freeland may assist law enforcement when required.

  1. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, descriptions, etc.).

By posting content, you grant Freeland a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Platform.

You agree not to upload content that violates the rights of others.

  1. Platform Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform at any time without notice.

We are not liable for downtime, technical issues, or changes to features.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:
